Dial-A-Glass Processing was initially established to provide consistent, high quality glass for our own shower screen, mirror, robe & splashback manufacturing division. Over the last 5 years we have expanded our stock holding to better service our trade customers.
To enable us to meet the increasing demands we have also invested in world class machinery, equipment & production software comprising 4 polishing machines, a straight line beveller, CNC machine, water jet & toughening plant. Our pride & joy being the ultimate automated combined vertical water jet-cutting, edge working centre & inline washer. This machine can produce panels with multiple cutouts & edgework in a single process.

We are able to offer our customers the following services:
- Stock sheets in various sizes
- Cut to size glass up to 19mm
- Straight line edge working i.e. belt wiping, flat grinding, polishing, bevelling up to 40mm
- Brilliant cutting with various patterns available
- Shaped edge working i.e. flat grinding & polishing
- Cut outs – both internal and external & including holes
- Toughened glass up to 19mm
- Painting of glass for splashbacks
