Semi-Frameless Corner Shower Screen Kallaroo

Shower Screen Installation Kallaroo

We supply and install shower screens and toilet enclosures in Kallaroo and its surrounding areas.

Picture a morning shower with the light coming in and no one able to see a thing. That is what the owners of this Kallaroo home wanted, and it is the reason they chose narrow reeded glass. The room stays bright, the shower stays private, and they never have to choose between the two.

Light You Keep, Privacy You Gain

Most privacy glass asks you to give something up. Cover the shower and you usually darken it. Narrow reeded glass does not work that way. The fine vertical ridges on the outer face bend the light coming through rather than blocking it, so the shower stays as bright as the rest of the room while everything behind the glass reduces to shape and movement. You can tell someone is there. You cannot tell anything more.

It also gives the room something to look at. Those same ridges catch the light and hold a soft vertical rhythm across the glass, and in this bathroom the screen is the only patterned surface in the room. It is the detail your eye goes to, and the reason the space reads as considered rather than plain.

A Finish You Won’t Second-Guess

The frame and fixtures are brushed nickel, a satin finish with a warm grey tone and no mirror shine. It does not flash under the downlights, and it draws a softer line around the enclosure. It settles into the room instead, quiet enough that the glass stays the thing you notice.

That is the quality worth having in a finish: you choose it once, and you never walk into the bathroom wishing you had gone another way. Every finish we supply gives a room a different character. This is the one the owners wanted, and it is the one the room got.

A Screen That Fits Like It Was Always There

The vanity sits into the corner of the shower, so the return panel was made to accommodate it. The glass runs full width above the benchtop and steps in below, following the cabinet down to the floor, with no awkward gap and nothing forced.

That is what custom measurement gives you. Bathrooms come with nib walls, vanities in corners, bulkheads and walls that are not quite square, and none of it is a problem from our side. We measure the room as it is built and make the glass and the frame to those dimensions, so the finished screen looks like the room was designed around it.

Whatever your bathroom is doing, there is a glass and a finish that lets it be the version of itself you had in mind. Frames come in bright silver, matt silver, bright satin, matt black, white, brushed nickel, bright gold satin, gun metal and brushed brass, with powder coating on request, and textured glass shower screens can be supplied with a frame at 6mm or frameless at 10mm.
